Order Changes or Cancellations
To request a change or cancellation, contact us immediately.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery.
Certain items such as scent products, opened packaging, crystals, personal items, or clearance items may not be eligible for return.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
Out-of-Stock Items
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and provide:
- A refund, or
- A replacement of equal value (based on your preference).
Custom or Special Orders
Custom, pre-order, or special-order items cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty.
